The actions you take each and every day, the environment you create for yourself, will determine the quality of your life.<\/p>\n

In the book \u201cSurviving Your Doctors\u201d, author Richard S. Klein wrote:<\/p>\n

\u201cWe all need to be active participants in our own health care, both at the preventative level in our choice of lifestyles (healthy eating, avoiding cigarettes, regular exercise, etc.) and in our conversations and questioning of our doctors and nurses. When patients, physicians, nurses, hospital staff, and pharmacies all work together, optimal health care is provided, and we as patients have our best chance at cure\u201d<\/p>\n

Do not become a passive participant in your healthcare.<\/p>\n

Take charge of your health and you will live a quality life.<\/p>\n
